Preparing site packets

Before deploying the sensors and gateways in the forest, you use the Site Management app (dryad.app) to plan where these devices should be located in the forest. The result of this planning is a Site Packet. This Packet is then assigned to a registered user who has downloaded and logged in to the Dryad Deployment app.

Preparing Site Packets involves the following steps:

• Selecting a Site in the Site Management app

• Building a Packet of sensors and gateways

• Mapping the GPS location of each sensor and gateway

• Assigning Packets to registered users for deploying devices in the forest location
