Web-Based Fire Alerts

Fire alerts appear in the Site Management app when a Phase 2 alert is triggered.

As well as a Fire alert sent to a user as an email, a blinking Fire Alert notification appears in the navigation bar of the Site Management app.

Fire Alert overview

Selecting the Fire Alert notification opens the Alert Center which provides the following information:

  • List of sensor(s) that sent the Fire alert.

  • Total number of Fire alerts sent.

  • Number of Fire alerts sent in the past 2 hours.

  • Map view of the Site.

Fire alert details

Selecting a Fire icon next to a sensor displays the details of the sensor that triggered the Fire Alert:

  • Date and time the Fire alert was sent.

  • Sensor that sent the Fire alert (Sensor ID).

  • GPS location of the sensor.

  • Link to Google Maps which opens at the GPS location of the sensor.

Locating the fire

Selecting the Arrow icon next to Location opens Google Maps. This displays a pin at the location of the sensor that detected a fire.

Emergency contact

Selecting the Phone icon provides the phone number of the local emergency service contact information (fire department).
