Deployment locations
You should have already scouted the Site area prior to planning. Use this knowledge and the Silvanet Deployment app to locate deployment locations.
These steps assume the Silvanet Deployment app has been installed on your smartphone.
Ensure the Silvanet Deployment app has access to Location, Camera and Cellular Data.
Tap a Site on the Sites screen, then tap a Packet on the Site Packets screen.
Select a Site to open the Site Packets page and select a Packet.
Pending indicates the devices in the Packet has not been deployed. Done indicates all devices in the Packet have been deployed.
Tap a Packet name to open a Packet.
Tap Open Map to open and cache the Map. Your location appears as a blue dot on the Map.
Use the Map view to navigate you way to the planned deployment locations.
Once you have found the Site location, you can begin deploying the Border Gateways, Mesh Gateways and Wildfire Sensors.
Ensure you use the Gateway connectivity plan when deploying the Mesh Gateways.
